Topshop officially launches Australian online store offering Afterpay
Finally, Aussie shoppers will get online access to Topshop with Australian prices, Australian shipping rates and Afterpay.
High-street retailer and fashion favourite Topshop has officially gone live with an Australian online store.
Previously, Aussie fashion enthusiasts only had access to Topshop online through the original international Topshop store with prices in British pounds and pricey international postage costs.
The new Australian branch of Topshop online will allow us Aussie guys and girls to browse prices in Australian dollars and access free shipping if we spend over $75. We also finally get access to click-and-collect services, next-business-day express shipping and easy postal returns.
This news is rather exciting, especially for fashion fans who live in remote areas and haven't had access to the physical stores.
Additionally, this move will see Afterpay facilities launched online, meaning that we will now have the opportunity to buy now and pay later for our purchases. Although Topshop Australia has technically offered Afterpay for months, it was previously only available in store.
This tops off an exciting week for Afterpay fans. The past few days have also seen brands like Minkpink and Dr Denim welcomed to the Afterpay family.
Topshop officially launched its Australian presence back in 2011, opening the brand's first ever Australian store in Melbourne. Following its success, further stores were opened including a flagship store at Sydney's Pitt Street Mall. The official Australian online store comes more than five years after Topshop first broke into the Australian market.
The Australian online store features a selection of styles and pieces available in physical Topshop stores in Australia. If you want to access the full range of international styles, you can still head over to the international online store for all your fashion needs.
