Tigerair sale’s 2-for-1 fares from just $24.50 each
Budget airline’s half-price fares available on 19 domestic routes.

Tigerair has launched its “PayPal 2 for 1” sale, which has slashed prices for more than 13,000 seats on domestic flights for travel in June 2017.
Fares start at $49 for two travellers (or $24.50 each) on the Melbourne-Hobart route. Other discounted tickets include Sydney-Gold Coast for $63 for two ($31.50 each) and $73 for two ($36.50 each) for Adelaide-Melbourne.
These prices can only be booked when travelling in groups of two and paying with PayPal. Tigerair introduced the PayPal payment option back in June.
Most routes are available from 1-27 June.
Fares do not include checked baggage, seat selection or in-flight meals, which can all be added on for a fee.
This sale is the latest in a slew of low-priced flights on the market lately, including a brief 24-hour Virgin Australia sale, flights to Greece for $369 each way and London for $898 return.
Tigerair’s promotion ends at noon on Saturday, 20 August.
