Refunds, exchanges and returns with Thistle

For "Flexible Rate" rooms, cancellation without charge is available up to 14:00 on the day of arrival. Cancellation and non-arrival charges apply after that time. For "Advance Saver" rates, Thistle requires full prepayment for the entire stay at the time of the booking. This is non-refundable and the booking is non-changeable.
