At $300 less than what we often see, our jaws dropped when we saw this price.

We often see China tour packages in the $899-$999 range, and we couldn't believe our eyes when we saw this tour was a whopping $300 less.

This six-day, five-night trip includes stays in Chongqing (1 night), Tianjin (2 nights) and Beijing (2 nights). Some of the sightseeing highlights include visiting the giant pandas at Chongqing Zoo, exploring the Forbidden City and walking along the Great Wall of China.

The tour package includes return flights to China from Melbourne or Sydney (upgrades available to fly from Perth, Adelaide or Brisbane for $400), five nights accommodation, five breakfasts, four lunches and one dinner, plus local transport in China and an English-speaking tour guide. It even includes 20kg of checked baggage on your flight.

The only catch? You'll need a minimum of two people to travel for this price as it is a twin-share tour. A $300 single supplement is available for solo travellers, and even at $899 this is still a great deal.

Departures are available weekly from 7 September 2018 until 7 December 2018, which is one of our favourite times to visit China thanks to the favourable weather and beautiful autumn colours.

How to book:

You'll need to head over to Scoopon by clicking here and purchase a voucher for the tour.

There is no end date listed on the offer, so we'd recommend booking as soon as possible, especially if you're picky about your travel dates.
