1. Choose one of the above plans offered.
2. Start building your online course through course design, customisation and templating.
3. Incorporate your choice of videos, quizzes, multimedia, surveys, audio, narrated presentations, assignments, discussion lessons, PDF, brillium exams, webinars and live streams. Thinkific supports a host of content types so you can choose what works best for your course.
4. Set up payment processing. Thinkific offers the integration of PayPal and Stripe. Once you've chosen the pricing, you can publish your course. Stripe payments are made straight to your bank account whereas PayPal requires you to manually transfer funds to your chosen account.

How to build an online course with Thinkific

Ready to craft your course? Thinkific has you sorted with a step-by-step guide. Start off by heading into manage learning content in the left tab, select courses, and click the + new course tab in the top right corner of the page.

Next, choose a template. On your screen click the choose button, then pick a name for your course and click create course.

You can add content by either bulk importing or uploading individual lessons. Bulk importing is done via the bulk importer tab in the course builder.

For individual lessons, click the curriculum tab, name the chapter and hit save.

After a chapter is created, you can add lesson from the left tab and choose your preferred lesson type. Then, plug in your course content and save.

Finally, add your desired course settings.

Here you can adjust basic settings, course images and description, course player appearance, course progress and completion, page code, SEO, admin and revenue partners. You also have the option to update your course landing page, this is done via the build landing page prompt in the top right corner of the screen.

Once you've checked off the list, hit the publish tab.
