The Simpsons x adidas: First look at the Flaming Moe’s and Squishee sneakers
A man on a Squishee bender can sure do some crazy things, like ordering a pair of these outlandish kicks.
Following the recent release of the ZX 10000 Krusty Burger shoe, adidas has unveiled two brand new sneaker models inspired by the town of Springfield.

First up, the brand has taken The Simpsons' most recognisable drink, the Kwik-E-Mart Squishee, and reimagined it as an eye-catching Superstar sneaker.
Arriving in a lime green upper reminiscent of the jumbo Squishee cup, the sneakers feature bright pink laces and orange Three Stripe graphics in a nod to the sugary-sweet flavour options.
Further details include a Squishee lace dubrae, icy blue-green toe caps and outsoles and a Kwik-E-Mart logo on the tongue tab.
The next design is inspired by the cause of, and solution to, all of life's problems – alcohol.
Crafted from the rich purple hue of Krusty's cough syrup, the ZX 10000 "Flaming Moe's" are a comical nod to the drink recipe Moe stole from Homer.
In addition to a "Flaming Moe's" logo on the tongue tab and a flaming drink graphic dubrae, the shoes feature fiery embroidered overlay graphics and bright red Three Stripes on the sides.
A black, cartoon-like trim outlines the shoe, while crisp white laces and outsoles round out the design.
While no release information is available at this stage, we can expect the two pairs to drop fairly soon. When they do become available, we'll likely see them first on the adidas site.
Given that the ZX 10000 Krusty Burger shoes retail for $210, the new additions are likely to sell for a similar price.
We are expecting both pairs to sell out fairly quickly, so you'll want to snap them up fast or be left saying, "D'oh!"
