I would like to know if I get automatic Travel Insurance. I purchased my International flight using my earth platinum American Express card. I was 80 when I purchased the ticket but turned 81 on 10/7/16.
Please let me know what I am covered for.

      Hi Helen,

      Thanks for your question.

One of the eligibility criteria to receive the Westpac Earth Platinum credit card complimentary insurance cover is that “you are not over 80 years of age when you first become eligible for the cover by meeting the other conditions listed on the PDF file I sent you. You can directly contact QBE to verify if you are still covered, given your situation.

Ive also sent to you the contact information for QBE.

      Cheers,
      Anndy
