The Good Guys is open during the whole Christmas period (except for Christmas Day). Stores Australia wide will open 9am–5.30pm on Christmas Eve and Boxing Day.

What is the warranty like on The Good Guys’ products? Will there be extended or varying warranty for items bought on Boxing Day?

Boxing Day purchases will fall under the new warranty structure which automatically come with a 30-day guarantee. Customers can purchase the "concierge service" as an extra. It entitles you to an automatic replacement for items under $250, and free repair and maintenance.

The Good Guys extended warranty service does not apply to purchases made after 16 March 2016
