Shipping guide for the Facial Company

Orders that are received before 1pm AEST on business days for in-stock products are processed and shipped that same day. It then means that with Express Shipping, you will receive your package within one to three business days depending on your location.

Those orders that are received after 1pm, on weekends or public holidays will be shipped on the next business day. In case we experience any delays in processing your order, we will inform you within one business day by phone or email. Some of the shipping methods are as follows;

• Standard shipping, free shipping for orders over $130 and $7 shipping fee for orders below $130. Delivery time within Australia is five to ten business days.
• Express shipping, $7 shipping fee for orders over $130 and $9.95 shipping fee for orders below $130. Delivery time within Australia is one to three business days.
• Express shipping + insurance, $16.50 shipping fee for all orders. Delivery time within Australia is one to three business days.

Refunds, exchanges and returns for the Facial Company items

Refunds can only be issued under the circumstances highlighted below.
