Let's start at the beginning. Techrific is one of those Australian-based retailers that sells tech, cheaply. It was founded in 2005 and while its base in Australia, it does ship worldwide and works well against the competition, as it aims to sell brands cheaper than you'd find elsewhere. How do I pay with Techrific?

Techrific uses a secured online payment system supplied by ANZ Bank, so you shouldn’t have a problem with security. You can pay with a range of methods including:

How does Techrific shipping work?

Techrific will ship orders within Australia via Australia Post, or via external couriers for some items. It processes all orders within 1–3 business days, and regular shipping is expected to take 3–5 days in major cities and 5–7 days in rural areas. It is also possible to upgrade to express shipping for an additional cost. Pick-up is not available.

If you’re ordering from New Zealand, the US, Canada or Europe your item will be shipped through a secure courier and you should receive it within 5–7 days.
The cost of shipping is based on weight and will be calculated during checkout and added to your order. At this point, you’ll have the opportunity to select faster shipping if required.

How do I return an item to Techrific?

If you’re unhappy with your item, or wish to return an item to Techrific, it is possible. Here’s how:

If you ordered the wrong item:

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days from receipt of your order
  • Items must be unopened and in re-saleable condition
  • Postage will be at your own expense
  • A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund

If item is damaged upon receipt:

  • All items are covered by a 12-month warranty
  • Contact the Techrific customer service team for further assistance
  • A repair will be provided or a replacement unit will be supplied

If you changed your mind:

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days after receipt of your order
  • Items must be unopened and in re-saleable condition
  • Postage will be at your own expense

What is Techrific's customer service like?

If you have any problems with your order or if you wish to ask any questions, Techrific has a customer service team - however it’s not exactly easy to reach. The website does not list a telephone number or e-mail address and there is no business address supplied -- just a PO box number in Victoria.
