Tarte has just surprised us all with a unicorn inspired collection
The three-piece collection will be available to buy in less than a week.
It looks like the unicorn trend in beauty is not going anywhere anytime soon. Instead, it just keeps getting bigger. Case in point: Tarte Cosmetics' new Make Believe in Yourself collection which has been inspired by mythology and unicorns.
This is not Tarte Cosmetics first foray into the unicorn trend. Last year the brand announced it was creating a set of unicorn inspired brushes which we heard ended up exclusive to Ulta, which doesn't ship to Australia. But fortunately, us Aussie beauty fans will certainly be able to get our hands on this collection.
The range is made up of three key pieces: The Magic Wands brush set, the Make Believe in Yourself Eye & Cheek Palette and the Spellbound Glow Rainbow Highlighter.
The brushes feature gold handles that are shaped to resemble the spiral look of a unicorn horn and each of the five brushes has brightly coloured bristles. The Eye & Cheek palette showcases a wheel of ethereal and holographic shades fit for a mythical princess and the highlighter compact combines four shimmery colours ranging from light to dark.
The collection is set to officially go on sale on 15 March (most likely the day after for us in Australia and New Zealand) Tarte Cosmetics website, which does ship to Australia. There's free shipping if you spend over AUD$93.
The official stockist of Tarte Cosmetics in Australia is Sephora, so there is a possibility we will see these cool makeup pieces pop up there too. We'll keep you posted with all the details!
