Aussie makeup lovers will soon be able to get their hands on the cult-favourite line.
Just in case your Valentine didn't come through this year, we're here with the gift you actually wanted. Namely, the news that eco-chic beauty brand Tarte Cosmetics and its entire Shape Tape and Face Tape lines will soon be hitting Australian shores. You're welcome.
Taking to its Instagram, the brand posted a tonne of videos to celebrate the news that it's partnered with beauty giant Sephora and it looked like one hell of a party. And no wonder – Shape Tape has been HUGE in the beauty community for some time now. According to Tarte, the concealer alone sells every 12 seconds and is America's #1 concealer.
Most of us don't need those statistics to be convinced that the line is worth every cent. The Shape Tape concealer actually landed at Sephora late last year, giving us a first taste of the line and we absolutely loved it.
Whilst Australian shoppers haven't been completely deprived of the Shape Tape line (the rest of the collection is currently available from Ulta Beauty), this will be the first time we can shop the entire range and actually try before we buy. This means seeing swatches in real life instead of upping the brightness on our computer screens and hoping for the best. It also means being able to see the formula firsthand, having the ability to get colour-matched by a professional and not having to sit by your front door waiting for it to be delivered.

In addition to the Shape Tape line, you'll also soon be able to shop the new Face Tape foundation. Available in 50 shades across 5 undertones, the new vegan foundation will give you the flawless, natural-matte finish of your dreams so you might want to start stocking your savings account.
When can you shop it?
All Tarte has said so far is that the line is coming soon to Sephora, so stay tuned. We'll keep you posted as more information becomes available, but if the launch party is anything to go by, it doesn't look like it will be long now. Happy Valentine's Day.
