Take off for Thailand from $424 return on a full-service airline

Malaysia Airlines is giving you the chance to fly to Thailand, full-service, for just a tad more than it would cost you to fly on budget.
The cheapest seats in the sale can take you from Perth to Phuket for as little as $424 return.
The next best priced fares aren't too far behind at $469 return when departing from Perth to Bangkok.
For those departing from the east coast, you have the option of flying from Brisbane to Bangkok from $521, Melbourne to Phuket from $544 and Sydney to either Phuket or Bangkok from $565 return.
Travel is primarily in May and November which, we kid you not, are actually the best months of the year to visit Bangkok as they skim outside of the wet monsoon season, delivering sunshine in spades and clear skies by the buckets-full.
Unfortunately, this is the opposite for Phuket which welcomes the wet season between May and December. As they are the shoulder months, you can still chance that the weather will still be kind if the beach and the islands is where you'd prefer to head.
These fares aren't part of any particular promotion though, and being optimal times to visit Bangkok aren't likely to stick around for long.

How good are these fares?
We don't need to tell you twice that weather-wise you're onto a winner with these flights taking you away in the shoulder seasons for both Bangkok and Phuket.
Price-wise, you're likely to find budget flights drop as low as the early $300s, so for an extra $100 on your return fare it's not too much on the wallet to have the comfort of a full-service flight. Especially when you consider checked-luggage and meals are included in your journey.
