    Is a rental income of more than $25K acceptable?

      Having rental income could be used as your additional income but not considered as the main income. To qualify for a Symple loan you must:

      • Be at least 18 yrs old
      • Be employed and earning over $25,000 per year
      • Be an Australian citizen, or permanent resident
      • Have no record of prior bankruptcy

    Just signed a new contract for fulltime permanent job. Needing a car and other essentials to be payed for to cut back on stress and help my daily needs. is it possible to get a loan between 10,000 – 25,000 right now to help with my situation being able to have an reliable repayment funds?
