What’s in the Supreme x Nike summer 2019 collection?
Get a first look at the retro athleisure capsule.
Shortly after announcing a new collaboration with Vans, Supreme is back with another hype-worthy fashion capsule. Once again teaming up with mega sportswear label Nike, the brand is set to drop a summer 2019 collection in just a few days' time.
Supreme will once again take its signature aesthetic and pair it with the iconic Nike Swoosh to create a truly epic ready-to-wear line that works both for the gym and for everyday wear. Despite being a summer collection for the US, there are plenty of items on offer that work for Aussies as we shiver our way into the winter months.
The standout from the athleisure line has to be the water-resistant nylon jacket that comes in a solid black and white colourway with three options of coloured panelling: grey, forest green or an eye-catching violet. It also features a quilted lining and removable hood, making it perfect for the cooler weather.
The nylon jacket comes with three pairs of matching warm-up pants and three matching nylon shoulder bags. If you prefer something a little cosier, there are also matching striped hoodies and sweatpants up for grabs, available in tan and brown, green and blue or black and white colourways.
Rounding out the capsule, you can also pick up three jacquard logo sweaters in black, white or purple hues. From the striped sweatpants to the oversized sweaters, there is a definite air of retro to the summer collection, so get ready to re-live your favourite 90s trends.
When and where can you shop the collection?
The Supreme x Nike summer 2019 collection is launching on 23 May on both the Nike and Supreme sites. Seeing as it will drop first in the US, we may have to wait a while to see it available instore here in Australia, but it should also pop up in usual retailers like Culture Kings in the coming weeks.
