Where to find the best price on Sudden Strike 4 in Australia

Matt Sayer 9 August 2017

Old wars are new again in this real-time strategy game for PS4 and PC.

If you needed any more evidence that consoles are basically PCs at this point, this week sees one of the most PC-arse PC series make its way to the PS4 in the form of Sudden Strike 4. For those who've never heard the name before, Sudden Strike is a series of real-time strategy games set in WWII that began way back at the turn of the millennium. When the WWII setting fell out of favour in the late-2000s, the series was put on indefinite hiatus. Now, 7 years after the last game released, a new developer has taken the reins in the hopes WWII is back in vogue. I mean, it seems to be working for Call of Duty, doesn't it?

Like its predecessors, Sudden Strike 4 tasks players with managing battalions of tanks and troops as they fight through a range of historical battles from one of three perspectives: the Allies, the Germans and the Soviets. Along with 100 different unit types and nine commanders each with their own unique abilities, the game also features a fully-fledged multiplayer mode with support for both offline AI battles and online play.
