Signing up to F1 TV is simple. Simply head to the official website and click on the "Subscribe" button at the top right of the screen. Once you have chosen your plan, you just need to create an account and enter some details and you are off and racing.
The short answer is yes in many countries, but it varies widely. Limitations are in place due to pre-existing media contracts. In Australia, F1 TV doesn't show race replays, although there is a race archive. In other countries, races are replayed either at midnight the night of the race or 2 days, 7 days, 14 days or 30 days after the race has finished.
The app is available on a wide range of devices. PCs and Macs, iPad, Samsung Galaxy, Nexus 9, Sony and Amazon Fire tablets, plus Android and iOS mobiles are all compatible.
