This week in streaming: Teenage dirtbags and police corruption

Euphoria

Explore the dark side of life with this week's confronting new releases.

There are no holds barred this week as Aussie streaming services plunge headfirst into worlds both dark and disturbing.

Foxtel leads the charge with the premiere of Euphoria, an HBO series that explores the ribald and reckless side of teenage life. Stan, meanwhile, takes a trip back to 90s Boston in City on a Hill where the justice system is every bit as underhanded as the criminals it's supposed to punish.

Netflix takes the opposite approach, jumping into a future where old age is old hat in Ad Vitam. Living forever isn't a guarantee though, and a wave of teenage suicides drives a grizzled detective to uncover the conspiracy at the heart of the grim phenomenon.

If that's all a bit too macabre for your liking, you can check out our top picks of all the new releases coming to Aussie streaming platforms below. Click or tap the icons for each streaming service to see what it has to offer.
