You've binged on Easter eggs; now it's time to relax with a fresh feast of new TV.

Chocolate isn't the only gift the Easter bunny left this year. The hop-happy hare must have developed a taste for bingeing, because they've kicked off a decadent week of sweet new releases to feast upon.

The richest treat comes from Netflix's coffers. Scandalous spyman Sterling Archer returns for a ninth season of his wacky animated comedy series. Titled Archer Danger Island, this latest season of the popular series sees the main cast of oddball secret agents crash-landing on a Pacific island during the pre-WWII period of 1939. Inspired by the 1980s TV show Tales of the Gold Monkey, the atypical spies must overcome everything from talking monkeys and hungry cannibals to trap-heavy tombs and deadly pirates.

Ready for a palate cleanser? Then head on over to Stan where the documentary The Meaning of Vanlife makes its debut this week. The crowd-funded flick follows members of the Vanlife community, a nomadic subculture that has traded traditional home life for an unshackled existence on the open road.

Shifting gears, Foxtel confronts the grim reality of the Smiley Face murders in Smiley Face Killers: The Hunt for Justice. The six-part series centres on a group of young men, each found drowned across Midwest America during the late-90s and early 2000s. Though the police deemed the deaths accidental at the time, a group of investigators now believes they were all perpetrated by a single killer due to graffiti of a smiling face found near each of the victims. This series attempts to determine whether it was just a coincidence or, in fact, murder.

Too real? Then tune into hayu for another dose of drama-filled reality TV with the arrival of Seasons 1 and 2 of Love & Hip Hop: Miami. A spin-off of the core Love & Hip Hop TV series, the show peers into the lives of Hip Hop musicians living in Miami and features the likes of Trick Daddy, Veronica Vega and Bobby Lytes.

Still too grounded for you? You might want to check out Amazon Prime Video instead. This week sees the debut of its original feature-length film Suspiria, a remake of a 1970s Italian horror film revolving around a German dance academy run by a group of witches. Starring Dakota Johnson (Fifty Shades series), Tilda Swinton (Doctor Strange) and Chloe Grace Moretz (Kick-Ass), the movie sees Johnson play an aspiring dancer who arrives at the academy intending to kickstart her career. Instead, she plunges into a world of murder, magic and malevolence.

SBS on Demand closes out the Easter week with something a little different. The first three seasons of Borgen hit the streaming service, illuminating the inner workings of the Danish government. The series follows local politician Birgitte Nyborg as she works her way up to become Denmark's first female Prime Minister. Creator Adam Price took cues from the country's real first woman Prime Minister, Helle Thorning-Schmidt, hoping to highlight the challenges women in politics face.
