Parramatta Eels vs Canberra Raiders

Premiership-chasing Parramatta Eels and Canberra Raiders meet in a top-shelf NRL showdown. This is how to catch all the action.

SUMMARY: Eels vs Raiders is exclusive to Fox League. So unless you're already an existing Foxtel customer, your best option is to watch live on Kayo Sports. You can watch for free using this 14-day trial. This gets you access to all its unique features and 50 additional live sports.

Eels vs Raiders pits two teams together that both have big goals in 2020. Parramatta suffered their first loss of the season against the Sydney Roosters last week. But they were far from disgraced and still top the NRL ladder as they chase a drought-breaking title.

Having lost last year's grand final to the Roosters, Canberra are hell-bent on going one step further this season. They are coming off an upset home loss to Manly that left them in fifth position and will want to quickly return to winning ways.

When is Parramatta Eels vs Canberra Raiders?

This match gets underway at 7:35pm AEST on Saturday 27 June at Sydney's Bankwest Stadium. You can see our full 2020 NRL season draw here.

How to watch Parramatta Eels vs Canberra Raiders

As usual all of Super Saturday – Cowboys vs Knights at 3pm AEST, Broncos vs Titans (5:30pm AEST) and Eels vs Raiders – is exclusive to Fox League. None of them is on Channel 9. That is also the case for Wests Tigers vs Canterbury Bulldogs on Sunday. You can see our guide to each team's matches on Channel 9 here.

That leaves Foxtel iQ, Foxtel Now and Kayo Sports as your only viewing options. We have a full guide for the NRL season here.

Who will win Parramatta Eels vs Canberra Raiders?

This is one of those super tight 50-50 games to call. Was the Eels' early form a bit of an aberration and they were found out against the Roosters? Or was that the type of loss they needed to take another step forward in their title push?

Similarly the Raiders were premiership favourites prior to their defeat to the Sea Eagles and now find themselves behind the Roosters, Eels and Storm. We'll lean towards Parramatta slightly at their Bankwest Stadium home.
