The retro-inspired 8-bit adventure is available for free on iOS and Android.

Today, Netflix released a curious, conspiracy-fuelled teaser for Season 2 of Stranger Things and an adorable, totally free Stranger Things game on iOS and Android.

By all accounts, the game is some light, decent fun that could take you around seven hours to complete. Not bloody bad for a free game.

We haven't had a chance to check out the game yet but some speedy redditors have already completed the game and found a nice little treat at the end of the tunnel. Completing the Stranger Things game unlocks a short clip from Season 2 where we see the gang trick-or-treating on Halloween. There also seems to be a brief cameo from one of the newcomers (Max).

If you're trying to avoid trailers and reveals before release, the short clip could be considered somewhat spoilery so click at your own risk.
