When you can shop the StrangeLove Skateboards x Nike SB Dunk Low sneakers
Get a little strange this Valentine's Day with a hearts and skull themed take on Nike's classic silhouette.
Having already dropped a first look at its 2020 Valentine's Day collection, Nike has now revealed yet another shoe design joining the fray. This time, the label has teamed up with Sean Cliver's StrangeLove Skateboards for a slightly more unusual style to celebrate the day of love.
Release date: 1 February
Price: Yet to be announced
Where to buy: StrangeLove online, Nike
Taking on the Nike SB Dunk Low silhouette, the design sees a white base layer with suede pink overlays. Crushed red velvet meanwhile decorates the sock liner, tongue tab and iconic Nike Swoosh.
A white rubber midsole, pink outsole and chunky red laces continue the colour theme, while red and blue hearts are scattered across the bottom of the shoe.
A "Heart Skull" graphic on the lateral heel, co-branding on the tongue tab and Zoom Air cushioning round out the style.
StrangeLove's Nike SB Dunk Low is set to release on the StrangeLove online store on 1 February. The kicks will come in a custom shoebox featuring StrangeLove artwork and will also arrive with a special card, decals and a print, all of which will be exclusive to StrangeLove and select partners.
The sneakers will roll out in other Nike stockists from 7 February.
In other Nike news, the brand has just revealed the Kobe 5 Pronto sneakers, which will commemorate Kobe Bryant's final championship. The black, white and gold kicks will drop onto the Nike site on 7 February and will retail for US$200.
