A long time ago in a galaxy far, far away... Storybook Cosmetics announced a Star Wars collection.

From Luke and Leia to Rey and Kylo, Star Wars fever has definitely hit and iconic pop culture brand Storybook Cosmetics is joining the game. In a sneak peek posted to the brand's Instagram, we've got official confirmation that a Star Wars collection is on its way.

While details are still on the down low, we can confirm that the collection will arrive in 2018. While this will put it a while after the release of the upcoming Star Wars: The Last Jedi this December, we've got a sneaky suspicion that we might get a glimpse at the collection in May, to coincide with either May the Fourth (be with you) or the premiere of the Han Solo spin-off, Solo: A Star Wars Story.

The force is definitely with Storybook Cosmetics as they announce yet another huge pop culture collaboration. Judging by earlier collections, including the Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, Wizardry and Witchcraft and upcoming Mean Girls palettes, we're expecting a rich eyeshadow palette with space-themed names.

And it wouldn't be a Star Wars palette if it didn't feature some lightsaber-inspired colours. We're predicting Yoda greens, Empire reds, Tatooine bronzes and maybe even a Skywalker blue. They may even surprise us with a vivid purple – if it's good enough for Samuel L. Jackson's lightsaber, it's good enough for us!

Stay tuned for more details, and may the force be with you.
