Searching for 5-star, all-inclusive airfares to Spain for under $1,000 return? We know an airline that's got the sale for you.

It's Cathay Pacific and it's got sale flights to the capital of Spain AKA Madrid for $944 return, departing from Adelaide.

Coming in from elsewhere? There's a sale flight in here for you, too. Flights from Cairns come up second cheapest, starting at $952 return with Brisbane fares not far behind at $959 return and Melbourne flights starting from $989 return.

Flights out of Sydney and Perth are also available, though edge over the $1,000 mark coming in at $1,005 and $1,027 return respectively.

Compared to other airlines jet setting off around the same time, these flights come up at least $100 cheaper with Qatar, for example, flying out of Adelaide from $1,053 return.

These are last-minute seat filler flights that undoubtedly won't stick around for long. They take off as early as November and return as late as March. Want to spend Christmas in Europe? This is your chance.
