The online retailer is selling a limited number of the already elusive mini console.

While the SNES Classic mini consoles haven't been quite as hard to find as the NES Classic was last year, it's still tough to lay your hands on Nintendo's latest miniaturisation of video gaming in the '90s. On eBay, units are going for well upwards of $200, and they're selling at that price, too.

If you're lucky, however, you won't need to turn to eBay sellers to get your fix of Super Mario World and The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past. Online retailer Catch.com.au is holding a 24-hour sale today for its 11th birthday, and 1000 SNES Classics have come along to celebrate. 500 SNES Classics went on sale at 11am this morning, and another 500 will become available at 6pm. Best of all, they're selling for retail price, clocking in at $119 each.

The catch is that you'll need to be a Catch Club member to take advantage of the SNES Classic offer, presuming you can snap up one of the limited consoles at all. Fortunately, you can sign up for a free one-month trial of Catch Club, so you won't need to drop any money to get a shot at taking home the adorable mini-console.

If you're keen to take a crack at picking up one of the 500 SNES Classics going on sale at 6pm, head on over to the Catch website.
