How do I make a claim with Ski Insurance?

  1. Give notice. Get in touch with Ski Insurance Claims Enquiries and download the claims form. Make sure that it’s filled in correctly – incomplete claims forms will not be processed.
  2. Have your documents handy. Besides the claims form and your policy number, you should also have supporting documentation at hand when filing your claim. Depending on the nature of the incident, this can include medical and police reports, purchase receipts, proof of purchase and itineraries.
  3. Keep everything organised. Be as honest and complete as possible when submitting your claim. Keep copies of all documents for yourself and allow the insurer to handle the matter on your behalf. Your claim should be processed within 10 days of receiving your submission.
