Refunds, exchanges and returns with Simply Travel Insurance
Simply Travel Insurance allows you to cancel your policy within 14 days after the issuance of your Certificate of Insurance and PDS. You will be given a full refund of the premium paid as long as you have not started your journey and you do not have the intention of making any claim, or you are waiving all your rights under the policy.
If you want to cancel the policy after the cooling-off period you may do so, but you are no longer entitled to a refund of any part of the premium you paid.
