Why are shows like NCIS, NCIS LA, The Mentalist always a whole season behind the rest of the world. All the latest series of these programs are available on itunes and on CBS All Access world wide but if your from Australia oh no its not alllowed. Is Australia a third world country are we not capable of comprehending these programs or are we being held tlo ransom so Foxtel can rerun these programs for decades.
