For comparison, flights alone are currently on sale from $649 per person departing Melbourne.
Packages are available from six Aussie cities with travel dates up to 31 March 2019. If you can, try to pick dates during the best time to visit Hong Kong, October to mid-December. You’re more likely to have sunny, clear weather with mild temperatures.
Rates are generally reasonable during autumn. It is also a great season for outdoor activities like hiking and exploring natural parks, beaches and adventure parks. After the New Year, tourism increases significantly despite the low temperatures, causing a surge in hotel prices and other services.
