Samsung Galaxy TabPro S: Australian pricing, availability and specifications
Samsung has announced Australian availability and pricing for its Windows 10 based Galaxy tablet, the Samsung Galaxy TabPro S.
Samsung announced the existence of the first Galaxy tablet in its lineup not to run on Android but instead Windows 10 back at CES, but locally it only announced that the TabPro S would be available later in the year.
Later in the year in this context turns out to be today, with Samsung making the TabProS available to Australian consumers from Samsung's Web site, its experience stores and selected retailers.
While a CAT6 capable LTE model is said to be coming soon, the models launching today offer straight Wi-Fi connectivity, 128GB SSDs and Windows 10 Home or Windows 10 Pro. The baseline Windows 10 Home Galaxy TabPro S will cost $1,499, while the Windows 10 Pro Galaxy TabPro S model is a little more expensive at $1649.
