Shipping guide for Ruby Olive
Ruby Olive processes and dispatches orders via Australia Post within two to four business days pending availability and payment authorisation. Orders placed on a Monday are processed the following business day, excluding holidays and those placed on a Friday are processed the following Monday. If the product you have selected is out of stock, the Ruby Olive customer service team will contact you.
All deliveries are recorded and must be signed for. Registered domestic shipments are charged at $6, which includes insurance of up to $100 and tracking. Free shipping is available on orders over $100. Allow one to seven days from the date of dispatch to receive your parcel.
Refunds, exchanges and returns with Ruby Olive
Ruby Olive allows the return of items for refunds and exchanges, provided that you notify the returns department and obtain a returns authorisation number within seven days from receipt of your items. You must also arrange the return of the item within seven days after notification. The returned item must be in its original condition with tags attached, packed safely and sent with a copy of the invoice.
Exchange is only possible if the item is still available. For hygiene reasons, earrings are ineligible for refund or exchange. Faulty products will be repaired or exchanged.
Where the item cannot be replaced, this merits a refund.
