China Eastern: Shanghai Pu Dong-Jakarta

When does it launch? 18 July 2017

Where is the stopover? Non-stop, direct
Who else competes on that route? Garuda Indonesia
Anything else I need to know? Travel time is approximately 6 hours 20 minutes. Flights will increase to 7 weekly services from 13 August 2017.


Swiss International Airlines: Zurich-Wroclaw

When does it launch? 30 October 2017
How often does it fly? 3 weekly services
Where is the stopover? Non-stop, direct
Who else competes on that route? No competitors operate direct flights
Anything else I need to know? Travel time is approximately 1 hour 40 minutes


Air Canada: Toronto-Cartagena

When does it launch? 18 December 2017
How often does it fly? Weekly services
Where is the stopover? Non-stop, direct
Who else competes on that route? No competitors operate direct flights
Anything else I need to know? This is a seasonal service running from 18 December 2017 to 9 April 2018. Travel time is approximately 5 hours 15 minutes.


Minor reductions in Qantas Melbourne-Los Angeles flight frequency

Until 27 June, Qantas is reducing its flights between Melbourne and Los Angeles from 13 times weekly to 12 times weekly.


Emirates increases Dubai-Seoul flight frequency

From 7 July 2017, Emirates is increasing the frequency of flights between Dubai and Seoul from 7 weekly to 8 weekly flights. The extra flights depart on Fridays from Dubai and Saturdays from Seoul.
