Fly to Italy during peak season at a discount.

If you’ve got an Italian adventure on your 2018 bucket list, this one’s for you. Return flights to Rome from Australia are now available from just $988 return.

This price is available for departures from Melbourne from late-April until the end of May, which is one of the best times of the year to visit, with mild weather and without the summer crowds.

These full-service flights are with China Eastern and include checked bags, meals and in-flight entertainment.

China Eastern is a full-service airline ranked 3 stars by Skytrax. Upgrades to 5-star service with the second-best airline in the world, Singapore Airlines, are available starting at just shy of $200 more for the return trip.

These flights don't seem to be part of a greater sale and can sell out at any time. We'd recommend jumping over to Flight Centre where we found these prices as soon as possible to get the best fare.
