Where should I stay on the NSW South Coast for a romantic stay?
The South Coast covers quite a chunk of New South Wales, so we've brought together our favourite spots:
- Jervis Bay: Whether you want waterfront views or just to be close to the beach, Jervis Bay is on the money. The bay is home to a wide variety of beachside properties as well as the Booderee National Park.
- Ulladulla: Alongside its coastal appeal, there are also plenty of wine tasting opportunities, historical sites to check out and nature walks to explore in the region of Ulladulla.
- Berry: The perfect location if you're after that countryside escape. The town itself hosts a plethora of cafes and local stores that you can spend your weekend exploring.
- Kiama and surrounds: You could choose to stay close to the attractions (e.g. Kiama Blowhole, Bombo Headland Quarry and the coastal walk) but we recommend checking out stays in the nearby areas of Gerringong, Broughton Village and Foxground. Although a little further out, they offer unforgettable views of the countryside.
- Batemans Bay: Surrounded by mostly bushland and national parks, Batemans Bay is a coastal town that will redefine serenity.
