We can confirm the fragrance is not called Pon De Replay, and I'm not going to lie, it seems like a missed opportunity.

Just last week Rihanna dropped a very mysterious Instagram video that hinted towards the launch of a Fenty Beauty Fragrance.

Thankfully, we didn't have to wait too long to get the juicy deets because Queen Riri has officially unveiled Fenty Eau de Parfum. Yes, I'm disappointed we didn't get 7 different scents all named after some Rihanna bangers, but I digress.

What does it smell like?

Described as a "spicy and sweet" unisex fragrance, the perfume includes a blend of magnolia, musk, tangerine, blueberry, Bulgrarian rose absolute, geranium and patchouli. According to a press release, the inspiration behind the scent comes from "distinct memories and places Rihanna cherishes."

The singer, beauty mogul and newly announced billionaire created the perfume while in France alongside LVMH master perfumer Jacques Cavallier-Belletrud (the genius behind Giorgio Armani's Acqua di Gio and TikTok famous fragrance, Yves Saint Laurent's Opium).

What does it look like?

The bottle is absolutely stunning but that comes as no shock to any of us. It's a translucent amber-brown shade with a curved silhouette and comes in a bright blue box.

How much is it and where can you buy it?

Fenty Eau de Parfum retails for US$120 for a 75ml bottle. Now we're still unsure as to whether we can expect to see the perfume drop into Australian Sephoras but given that both Fenty Beauty and Fenty Skin are stocked at the store, we'd say its a good chance. We've reached out to Sephora AU for an update so stay tuned.

If you don't feel like waiting, you can purchase it on the Fenty Beauty website on 10 August.
