Shipping guide for Rhythm of Grace

Rhythm of Grace will calculate the exact cost of shipping for each individual order. The cost and method of shipping will depend on what you order and how much you order. Generally, you will need to allow a processing time of 2 to 3 days after you have made your order before the goods are sent off.

All orders will be able to be tracked after they have been shipped. Rhythm and Grace cannot guarantee exact delivery dates and especially if you have a particularly large order, have a post office box or APO/FPO address as delivery may be a little longer than stated.

Returns, exchanges and refunds for Rhythm of Grace

Rhythm of Grace allows goods to be returned within 10 business days of delivery if you are not satisfied with what you have received. As with many returns policies, goods must be returned in original condition with all tags attached and no evidence of being worn or having been modified. Some things cannot be returned. These include lingerie, jewelry, accessories and for sale items.

The refund will be in the form of an online credit or you can choose to exchange the item for something else you have seen on the website. If in doubt, contact the team at Rhythm of Grace before you send the goods back as your delivery costs will not be reimbursed,
