Pre-flight privileges

You can expect to check into your flight with ease thanks to a separate check-in area for premium passengers, including those with Business Class tickets. You can check in within 24 hours of your flight.

You can also access the SkyTeam Lounge in Sydney, which has library-style living rooms, a dining zone that offers complimentary food, a stocked bar and sleep pods. Remember that the facilities may differ from airport to airport, so the amenities in Heathrow may not be the same as those available in Bali.

If you’re flying back from Indonesia in Business Class, you could also take advantage of the Garuda Lounges in Soekarno-Hatta Jakarta (CGK), Ngurah Rai Denpasar (DPS), Kualanamu Medan (KNO), Sepinggan Balikpapan (BPN), and Juanda Surabaya (SUB).

You can also take advantage of a priority boarding channel as well as a separate waiting area for first and Business Class passengers, ensuring that you’ll get on the plane first without any delays.
