Why you’re going to want the Réalisation Par x Elton John collection
Two major fashion icons show what happens when stars collide with this limited-edition line.
If you're into effortless slip dresses and vintage-inspired prints, then Réalisation Par is a brand that needs no introduction. The Melbourne-based label is practically synonymous with cool-girl style, filling our Instagram feeds with dreamy gals in even dreamier clothing.
Now, the brand is taking its cool factor one step further with the announcement that it has collaborated with none other than Elton John. While the team up with the Rocketman is one that we definitely didn't see coming, we are well and truly here for it.
The limited-edition collection will comprise of 14 pieces, including 8 new pieces and 6 reworked signature Réalisation styles. From the new offerings, we'll be seeing vintage-inspired band tees, 70s-inspired white and black belted jumpsuits and a whole lot of silk.
Each piece from the line has been named after one of Elton's classic songs, including The Benny, The Jets, The Tiny Dancer and, of course, The Rocketman, which was the original inspiration behind the collection.
Réalisation founders Alexandra Spencer and Teale Talbot sent Elton a note saying, "You gave us Rocketman, we want to give you Rocketwomen. We love you for Réal."
In response, Elton has said of the collection, "It's great to see how my music has inspired this fabulous collection. I hope all the Dreamgirls enjoy wearing it as much as I've enjoyed playing the songs and performing to my fans!"

The entire Elton for Réal line is now available for sale exclusively from the Réalisation Par online store. As we would expect from Réalisation, most of the pieces will set you back between US$150 and US$240, though the band tees are going for a very reasonably priced US$69.
Just in case you needed any more incentive to shop, a percentage of the profits made from the line will also be donated directly to the Elton John Charitable trust, which supports UNICEF, as well as to the Breast Cancer Research Foundation, Morris Animal Foundation and more.
We don't expect the line to be in stock for long, so if you want to get your hands on a piece or two, you're going to have to get a groove on. Just don't forget to pick up a pair of platform boots to top off your new look.
