Following World War II, White’s sons shifted the primary focus of the business toward real estate. Still family-owned, with the fourth generation of the White family now represented at the executive level, the company has expanded to 11 countries, turning over more than $27 billion per year.

Established in 2010, Ray White’s hotels division has transacted more than $800 million in pub, hotel, motel and leisure assets. The service specialises in sales, marketing and advice across the hospitality industry.

Marine sales

Ray White’s marine division offers a sales and marketing support for a wide range of vessels, as well as berthing and marinas. The business currently operates on the Gold Coast and Sydney’s Double Bay, and plans to roll out across Australia.


Ray White offers a variety of insurance products for its clients, including home and contents, landlord, motor, life and travel insurance, as well as products covering boats, caravans and trailers.

Mortgage broking

Through its Loan Market division, Ray White offers mortgage broking services across Australia and New Zealand. The Loan Market group has more than 1,000 brokers operating from branches around Australia and New Zealand.


Ray White’s projects division offers property developers design, branding, marketing and sales solutions for off-the-plan projects.

Concierge service

The Ray White concierge service helps buyers with the logistics of moving into a new home. It helps buyers set up their utilities, offers free quotes on home improvement services, solar panels and a free tax depreciation schedule review, as well as giving buyers discounts on storage services and even arranging transport and care for pets.
