Qatar is celebrating. The 5-star luxury airline has just launched Airbus A380 flights from Melbourne - and to show off the new state-of-the-art plane, it's giving you the chance to fly high with discounted fares the aircraft's international routes.
Flights depart from Melbourne, Perth, Sydney and Adelaide and are available to book until 10 July 2017. The standout destinations are London and Paris, although there are other European cities on sale as well.
It also doesn't matter whether you're a budget flyer or a luxury one, both can now board for less with economy fares starting at $1,275 return (Melbourne to Paris) and $1,320 return (Melbourne to London) and business class fares from $6,490 return (Melbourne to London) and $6,525 return (Melbourne to Paris).
The biggest difference is in the flight dates, with economy holding more restrictions being valid only during off-peak dates. These are from 27 September 2017 - 30 November 2017 or 13 January 2018 - 31 March 2018.
For business class passengers, bookings are available from 3 July 2017 - 30 November 2017.
This flight sale mirrors Qatar's last, which ended on 30 June and is a great opportunity for anyone who missed the cutoff date to snap up flights at discounted prices.
Flights can be booked direct through Qatar and are available until 10 July, unless sold out prior.
