Ending soon: Qantas’s latest sale slashes domestic business class tickets
Take your upcoming work trips in style thanks to Qantas's latest business class sale.
Business class fares around Australia have been slashed as part of the last day of Qantas's "Around the World in 8 Days" Sale.
Some offers include the following:
- Sydney to Melbourne from $549 one way
- Brisbane to Sydney from $499 one way
- Brisbane to Melbourne from $599 one way
- Gold Coast to Sydney from $549 one way
- Sydney to Perth from $1,299 one way
Some of these routes, including Sydney to Melbourne and Sydney to Perth, even fly on Qantas's Airbus A330, which means lie-flat seats!
The eligible travel dates for this sale are fairly flexible with dates ranging from October 2019 to June 2020.

What are the best business class seats available through this sale?
Qantas has a number of different business class seats on domestic routes. On the more glamorous side of the spectrum is the excellent Business Suite. These seats are found on Qantas's Airbus A330s flying routes such as the aforementioned Sydney to Perth. On the other side of the spectrum, there's the rather compact Boeing 717 operated by QantasLink on regional routes.
Boeing 717
The Boeing 717 is used by QantasLink for shorter regional routes. Business class flyers receive better meals and beverages plus access to Qantas's network of domestic airport lounges before departure.
Boeing 737
Qantas uses Boeing 737s for most domestic routes, including the ultra-popular Melbourne to Sydney route. This business class experience features better meals and beverages compared with economy class, access to domestic business class lounges and a leather seat with more legroom and width.
Airbus A330
Qantas flies its Airbus A330s on some domestic routes including Melbourne to Sydney and Melbourne/Sydney/Brisbane to Perth. Qantas's A330 features the Business Suite lie-flat seat with more storage and privacy, and a 16-inch seat back inflight entertainment screen.
