The PlayStation 4 Slim has been officially revealed and it looks set to replace the traditional PS4.

Andrew House kicked off the PlayStation Meeting by officially announcing the previously leaked PlayStation 4 Slim.

House confirmed that the PlayStation 4 Slim will take the traditional PS4's place on store shelves. Speaking briefly on the Slim's existence, House confirmed the PlayStation 4 Slim was simply a form upgrade, while all the hardware inside would remain the same.

House didn't spend too much time addressing the PlayStation 4 Slim and instead moved quickly on to announce the PlayStation 4 Pro, formerly known as PS4 Neo.
