Here are the 10 accessories you need to create a 10/10 outfit and live your Pinterest girl fantasy.

A few weeks back, I shared how you could dress like a Pinterest girl with 11 wardrobe staples. It's safe to say y'all were all over that content. So I'm back again to share even more secrets on how to level up ANY outfit with these simple and affordable accessories.

1. Claw clips

Obviously, these needed to be number one on the list because they're literally all over my Pinterest feed. As a result, I now have an unhealthy obsession.

Whether you're having a bad hair day or you just want to add something extra to an outfit, these are my favourite way to do it.

Hot tip: If you have long and/or thick hair, make sure you get a large one or it will keep falling out of your hair. I learned this the hard way.

2. 2000s shoulder purse

The 2000s shoulder purse (also known as a baguette bag) is back with a vengeance and we don't see it going anywhere anytime soon.

While you're not going to fit as much in this as you would your old tote bag, it's the perfect accessory for a night out, brunch date or trip to the market.

These are so popular at the moment and come in an array of colours and textures. You'll be sure to find one for any occasion.

3. Gold hoops

If you don't own a pair of gold hoops, please, for me, treat yourself right this second. You will not regret it.

I'm pretty sure I've worn mine every day for the last year.

Hot tip: If you can, I'd spend a little more on a good pair so that you can wear them all the time and they won't tarnish.

4. Chunky belt

Another item I pretty much wear every hour of the week and that will level up any outfit within seconds is a good ol' chunky belt. The bigger the buckle the better.

If you plan on wearing it every day like I do, then I'd suggest going with real leather because you will get a helluva lot more wear out of it.

5. Rectangular sunglasses

Kendall Jenner, Bella Hadid and Hailey Baldwin are big ol' fans of this trend and that is more than enough for me to throw my money at it.

They're the ultimate cool-girl shades and they come in so many different colours and designs.

If you think these won't suit you, then throw that thought out the window because I haven't seen a single person that these don't look killer on.

Pair a gold chain necklace with any outfit and you have a *chefs kiss* level look. It's a fact.

7. Bandanna

You can choose to rock this look with either a silk scarf, a bandana headband or an actual bandanna. Whatever you choose, this simple hair accessory brings any plain old outfit to life.

T-shirt + jeans = cute
T shirt + jeans + BANDANNA = VERY CUTE

8. Nail art

A 2020/2021 trend that I live for is nail art. Adding a little bit of fun to your nails is the serotonin hit of the century.

The best part? You can actually do it yourself with nail stickers. Yep, you can buy your own nail stickers online for an at-home manicure.

You can thank me later.

9. Ribbed socks (bonus points if they feature a cool brand design)

I don't know why, but ribbed socks are elevated, chic and can level up any outfit.

Thick ribbed athletics socks are a dominating street style trend at the moment, and my Pinterest board agrees wholeheartedly.
