About Pokémon Scarlet and Violet

Scarlet and Violet represent the ninth generation of Pokémon games. They look to follow a similar formula to previous generations – gamers will travel around a mystical region, while collecting and doing battle with a roster of Pokémon, taking on gym leaders as well as a villainous organisation.
Scarlet and Violet will distinguish themselves with a fully open world and 4-player online multiplayer. Gamers will travel the Paldea region, which is based on both Spain and Portugal.
We've already been introduced to a wide array of the Pokémon we'll meet in Scarlet and Violet. Koraidon is the legendary mascot for Scarlet, while Miraidon adorns the cover of Violet.
At present we don't know how else the 2 games will be distinguished from each other, so opting for whichever legendary Pokémon you prefer is your best bet for a satisfactory purchase.
