Attention gamers! Click Frenzy™ will be selling the PlayStation 5 for $6 tonight. Here's how to get the deal.

Update: The online deal sleuths at Ozbargain.com.au are reporting that the $6 PS5 deal will drop between 6pm-7pm tonight. The rest of their Click Frenzy™ scoops have been right on the money so we can report this with confidence. Scroll down to learn more about this amazing deal and how you can increase your chances of getting it into your shopping cart.

Click Frenzy™ is back for another year and one deal in particular is catching a lot of eyeballs. At an undisclosed time, online shoppers will be able to snap up a $6 PlayStation 5. That's not a typo - you really can buy a brand new PS5 console for six bucks.

So what's the catch?

As you've probably guessed, the above deal is part of Click Frenzy™'s Go Nuts 99% off sale which also includes Apple Airpods Pro for $3 and Apple Macbook Air laptops for $14. The PS5 is still notoriously difficult to get a hold of even at full price, so this is an astonishingly good offer. Below are a few details you need to know.

When is Click Frenzy™ 2021?

The sale kicked off two days ago (May 18) and will run until midnight today (May 20). The PS5 'Go Nuts' deal will be appearing on the site at some point today. Annoyingly, Click Frenzy™ isn't revealing specific times for its 'Go Nuts' deals - so it could appear at any time from now until midnight.

How to get a $6 PS5 during Click Frenzy™ 2021

The 'Go Nuts 99% off deals' are a range of one-off bargains exclusive to Click Frenzy™ members. As its name suggests, all products in the sale are slashed by at least 99% off the RRP.

To get the PlayStation 5 deal, you will need to be logged into your Click Frenzy™ account. During the sale, keep an eye out for a pop-up notification when the deal goes live. Stock is very limited, so you will need to be phenomenally quick to be in with a chance. If you manage to click on the deal, add it to your cart and check out immediately.

Here are the steps you will need to follow:

  1. Sign up for a Click Frenzy™ membership. This is the only way to get the deals.
  2. Sign in to your Click Frenzy™ account. You will need to be logged into your account during the event and have accurately completed the address details in your account profile ahead of time.
  3. Keep an eye on the Click Frenzy™ website. When you see the 'Go Nuts' pop-up appear, click on it immediately!

As mentioned, only Click Frenzy™ members will be able to see the deal, so be sure to sign up.

How to increase your chances

Scoring a 'Go Nuts' deal is easier said than done - but it definitely is possible. During previous Click Frenzy™ sales I've seen colleagues snap up 4K TVs and smart speakers for a fraction of their usual price. Here are a few shopping tips to boost your chances of getting the PS5.

  • Turn off your ad blocker. As mentioned above, Click Frenzy™'s PS5 deal will be appearing on the site as a pop-up notification. Your ad blocker may remove this pop-up from sight, so make sure it's disabled during the sale.
  • Keep an eye on your notifications. Logged in users will receive a pop up notification every time a Go Nuts deal goes live. The notification will give you a question to answer within 30 minutes and will appear on your screen no matter where on the site you are. Your answer will be ranked on both accuracy and speed.
  • Don't click outside of the pop up notification. Be warned that the deals pop up could disappear if you click anywhere outside of the pop up screen before answering the question, so try to answer it as quickly as you can.
  • Check your texts. If you are one of the successful few, you will receive a text with a unique discount code to complete your purchase. You must complete your purchase before 11:59PM on Tuesday 25 May.

The Click Frenzy™ Mayhem sale is run by Global Marketplace and will finish up at midnight on Thursday 20 May. To learn more about the event, you can head to our Click Frenzy™ explainer page.
