Shipping guide for Pink Frosting
Shipping is charged at a flat rate of $14.95 for Australian orders. The price is much steeper for New Zealand orders, ranging from $55 (on orders that are valued at less than $100) to $90 (for orders that are above $350). Dispatch of standard and non-personalised orders will take about five working days, while personalised orders may take up to 30 days.
You can pre-order items but you will need to wait much longer for delivery. The same applies with bulk orders.
Refunds, exchanges and returns for Pink Frosting
Items can be returned if they are delivered in a damaged or faulty state. The online store requires that you contact customer care with your return request within seven days of receiving the order. You also need to provide evidence of the damaged items through emailed photos. Pink Frosting will not cover the return shipping costs.
The store does not allow returns when you change your mind on an order. The store also reserves the right to claim charges for delivery costs on items that are returned without authority. Pink Frosting does not accept unauthorised returns.
