Pets Palace generally dispatches all orders within 72 hours via Australia Post. Expect your order to arrive within 7-10 business days from the date of shipment. Personalised or customised pet products take 1-2 weeks for delivery. Areas outside metro cities may take longer.
Out of stock items are ordered immediately and shipped to you once Pets Palace receives the items from suppliers. Should there be any delay in the shipment, you will be notified immediately. For unfulfilled orders, notification is given within 7 business days from the time you placed your order.
A flat shipping rate of $9.90 is charged for all orders regardless of the quantity, weight, size and your location in Australia.
Refunds, exchanges and returns with Pets Palace
Pets Palace allows the return of items within 21 days from purchase if the product is faulty, unfit for the product’s intended purpose, or significantly different from the website description. Returned items must meet the management’s standards for resale before issuing credits or refunds. Returns with proof of purchase will be given a full refund. An exchange or refund is offered for purchases without proof where management deems that the items were purchased from Pets Palace, excluding postage and handling.
Contact Pets Palace through email to notify them of the return. Note that personalised pet products, carriers, beds, blankets, treats, plush toys, foods and other perishables are not eligible for return.
