I had two AVG apps on my phone and wanted to delete one but it deleted both. So, I downloaded one again, the only thing is I do pay for this and don’t want to pay again. Could you help me? Thanks.
Hi Shen,
Thank you for your inquiry. You must have been worried when your app got deleted altogether.
You may login to your AVG MyAccount to manage your subscription and link your device on it. This way, you can use your existing subscription and don’t need to pay twice. Should you need assistance on setting it up, you may reach out to their Customer Support page.
Hope this helps.
Cheers,
Jonathan
