      Hi Nik,

Thanks for your message and for visiting Finder.

Some lenders consider applicants if they’ve been discharged from bankruptcy or are currently bankrupt. However, please note that the fees and rates will be considerably higher on bankrupt loans. Please check our list of loans for bankrupts. There are few lenders on our table that may consider you for an unsecured loan. You can click the name of the lender to be redirected to our review page and learn more about the lender’s loan offer, rates, and requirements as well as the pros and cons of using their loan service. When you are ready, you may then click on the “Go to site” button and you will be redirected to the lender’s website where you can proceed with the application or get in touch with their representatives for further inquiries you may have.

Before applying, please ensure that you meet all the eligibility criteria and read through the details of the needed requirements as well as the relevant Product Disclosure Statements/Terms and Conditions when comparing your options before making a decision on whether it is right for you. You can also contact the provider if you have specific questions.

Hope this helps! Feel free to message us anytime should you have further questions.

      Cheers,
      Nikki

Hi, I would like to know if I can borrow $6,000 to pay out my Bankruptcy. My husbands bankruptcy has just been discharged, but Mine has approx $6,000 remaining. The caveat on the house can’t be released until I am discharged as we are wanting to borrow money for a business opportunity.
I have been paying between $1000. -$1300 per month currently off this bankruptcy estate.
Can you please advise if this request is possible?

    Thank you and regards
    Vicky

      Hi Vicky,

To be eligible for a loan with MyCashFinance you need to apply with a guarantor if you are bankrupt. However, I’m unsure if your husband will be eligible as a guarantor if he is discharged bankrupt. You will need to contact MyCashFinance to confirm this. You can also find out some of your other options by checking bankrupt loans.

      I hope this helps,

      Elizabeth
