Pros and cons of the Paris Pass

    Pros

    • Save time and money. The Paris Pass allows you to save time and money during your trip by saving you on separate entrance fees for each attraction. You won’t have to stand in queues to purchase tickets for certain places since your Paris Pass acts as your ticket.
    • Skip the long lines. At certain high-traffic attractions, like the Louvre, the lines can be exceptionally long. With the Paris Pass you can be fast tracked at some attractions and skip the admission lines all together. Note that for the Louvre, you are now required to pre-book your time slot to enter using the Paris Pass. You can do this through the Paris Pass Redemption Centre when you collect your pass.
    • Additional discounts available. Along with the admission prices for attractions you can also get additional discounts like certain percentages off at restaurants, shops, and cafes.

    Cons

    • Only one visit per attraction. The Paris Pass only allows you to visit each attraction once using the travel card. If you go to a big museum and can’t fit it all into one day and want to go back the following day you’ll have to do so without the use of the Paris Pass which means you’ll pay admission fees and have to wait in queues.
